Dancing Expressions

To dance on air is to be very happy. Jane has been dancing on air since she fell in love with Bob.

To dance to a different tune is to change behavior after an event in someones life. Joe is dancing to a different tune since he won the lottery.

Out of step means to not be aware of something. David is out of step with the latest fashion.
